Big Al’s New Orleans’s BBQ Shrimp Sauce is unbelievably good!  I have served it on two occasions now and I will be purchasing much more.  The first was a BBQ at my daughter’s house.  We were in charge of the appetizers so we prepared two pounds of un-cooked shrimp and simply followed the directions.  With only a frying pan, butter, Big Al’s and shrimp we made the best shrimp anyone at the party has ever tasted.  We prepared some lightly toasted French bread slices and all the shrimp were eaten including the sauce in the bottom of the pan. 

The second time was 4th of July weekend at a camp-out.  Big Al’s is so easy to use we prepared it on a Coleman camp stove.  This time we used cooked shrimp and it was fantastic as well.  The little kids loved it so much they couldn’t stop eating it. We cut the shrimp up in smaller pieces and ate them with tooth picks around the picnic table.  Yumm was all I heard.  If little kids like it as well a adults, there is MAGIC in a bottle.  Nothing can be easier to prepare and you can’t mess it up.  Shrimp, butter and a few table spoons of Big Al’s in a pan and you are done!

I recently tried your Big Al's  Cooking Sauce Concentrate.  I was born and raised in New Orleans.  My dad taught me to cook and seafood was on the menu at least once a week. His BBQ Shrimp was my favorite.  I still enjoy fixing New Orleans "BBQ" Shrimp - a special Friday treat!  I never knew it could be so simple to prepare until I tried Big Al's.  As the label suggests, I just added butter and of course shrimp and they were delicious!  No more salt, pepper, butter, italian seasoning, etc., etc.  So easy and SO GOOD!

I have been using Big Al’s for some time now.  I had gotten bored with what I was cooking for my family and decided to use Big Al’s on chicken.  I cut the seasoning with olive oil and painted it on chicken breast and baked them.  Along with the chicken I boiled russet potatoes for mashing.  When the chicken came out of the oven, I took the pan drippings and drizzled them over the potatoes instead of  using butter.  It was an instant success with my kids.   Big Al’s chicken and mashed potatoes are a weekly request from my kids now.  Thank you for making such a great product that makes everyday cooking for my family not so boring and very tasty!!   We also love Big Al’s on shrimp and roast beef as well.                                               Donna L., Pearland, TX

I used it with chicken breast.  I followed the directions and melted the butter then added the creole spice concentrate and made a sauce out of the drippings with Marsala wine. Our favorite is 1 part concentrate to 2 parts butter.  Heat this up, add chicken strips or fish (talipia) and saute til done.  Remove the meat and use a little white wine to deglaze the pan.  Return the meat to the pan and add cream.
