I used it with chicken breast. I followed the directions and melted the butter then added the creole spice concentrate and made a sauce out of the drippings with Marsala wine. I must say that was fantastic. We used the sauce over our rice and chicken. We totally loved the sauce. I wish you the best with this.....and hope that I will be able to purchase it somewhere?? Many ways to use this sauce all of them easy! Julie L, New Orleans, LA Our favorite is 1 part sauce to 2 parts butter. Heat this up, add chicken strips or fish (talipia) and saute til done. Remove the meat and use a little white wine to deglaze the pan. Return the meat to the pan and add cream. Serve it over pasta or rice. Love it! Thanks Kim ! Gail K., Pearland, TX
